Maria Somers

Biography

Marie Somers is an image collection specialist at the NIOD Institute for War, Holocaust and Genocide Studies. She has worked at NIOD since 1993, and for the image archive since 1997. Her tasks include image requests that come in via NIOD and the WWII Image Bank, and vary from delivering images to substantive image-related questions. She also works on exhibitions and illustrating publications.
